I love hash browns... made some home-made cheddar and broccoli soup with pasta last night... usually i just buy packages of the stuff and heat it but i wanted to try and see if i could make it and still be edible... was pretty good, i added some chicken chunks too!

That sounds really really good!! I really love stuff like that!

Very last thing I've made was some chicken enchiladas with green chili.

Need to probably make something for this evening, if I don't eat a frozen pizza...will see!

Sending a hug!!!

I really love elk meat...I think a little more than deer meat.

My last cooking thing was a concoction with primarily keilbasa, pinto beans, green chilies and black olives...onions...cajun seasoning.

Big old hug! Hope your today is the best!

Got some homemade chili simmering and it smells so good... I like to add little elbow noodles in mine and make it sort of like a goulash... can't remember what else in in there, everything i found in the frig i believe???

Boy, that sounds good!!!

Last thing I made was a chuck roast in the crock pot, with potatoes. Ate on that for a bit!

Since it's usually just me, I cut chuck roasts in half and then wrap and freeze them...works well.

Also added some Better Than Bullion (it's a beef base) to the liquid in the crock pot, this time...it was really good...I liked it, that way.

Have the things out I need to make tacos, today!

Big hug!

Hope the chili turned out excellent! I bet it did!

I like putting pasta in mine, sometimes, too! Smile
