At the bottom of this forum is says free support forum. There is a faq index there with 99% of all answers to problems, and a forum also to post questions and nice people that will help. I cannot be here all the time, and so far I do not see to many tech probs so its a learning curve and there is plenty to learn if you are interested in the forum below.
